Payment and Pricing.
I operate as a private pay practice, which allows me to provide personalized, focused care without the constraints often associated with insurance-based services. This model ensures that I can prioritize your unique needs and create tailored therapeutic strategies that best support your journey. Payment is required at the time of service through a secure online client payment portal. I am happy to provide detailed receipts for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance plan directly for details regarding out-of-network registration, insurance coverage and policies, and Superbill submission.
Individual Therapy
Therapy sessions are offered to individuals ages 10+ (teens & adults, student-athletes, parents) through either in-person or online services.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length.

Cancellation Policy.
I understand that life happens, and some things are just out of our control or foresight. Please reach out either by phone or email to allow for a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice and avoid a full session fee. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 24 hours leading up to the originally scheduled session, you will be charged a full session rate.
